5dolls is the first subgroup from mixed group Coed School. On December 27, 2010, Core Contents Media announced that 5dolls would be composed of Coed School’s all four original female members, and that an additional female member would be added to the unit. The new member was revealed to be Eun Gyo, a middle school student.
Their debut digital single, “Ipsul Jaguk”, was released in February 11 and it’s music video featured former 2PM member Jay Park. Only five days after the release of the digital single, a mini-album was also released. The mini-album included the single “Ipsul Jaguk” plus four new songs.
In February 2012, it was announced that Soo Mi left the group and was replaced by new member Na Yeon.
In September 2012, rumors arouse stating that both Chanmi and Hyo Young had left the group, however although GM Contents Media did not confirmed the news, their official website no longer listed Chanmi and instead featured Shannon as a new member. Six months later Chanmi confirmed the rumor, and only two days later the agency announced the final line-up, including one new member Ji Hyun, and their 2013 comeback.
They announced their official comeback in July with more line-up changes, finalizing to the addition of two new members, Seung Hee and The Seeya’s Yeon Kyung. Shannon and Ji Hyun are not included in the final line-up.

There are rumors circulating the net that either Hyoyoung or Hwayoung and Soomi will be the new members of Nine Muses.
Strong rumors indicate that the new member of the women model group of “Star Empire Entertainment” Nine Muses was previously in a girl band that is currently active under “Core Contents Media” this agency has under its seal to groups like Davichi, T-ara, F~ve Dolls, SPEED, and the SeeYa.
